Grandkid, grandkids, grandkid

We did get my Mom back to her home. She is doing therapy in Sullivan (about 9 miles from Lovington) and progressing well. She is also now available to my brother to chauffeur him around to various fields.......it's that time of year!

Now we are busy with grandkids. Due to some changes in plans, we are now doing a gig as William's daycare providers. He is a really good baby and we are enjoying him a great deal. He has just cut both of his bottom teeth. He loves his Papa and lights up when Thomas is talking to him. He and Papa consulted on a recent project in our kitchen. William thought the level was pretty fun.

We went to open house at the girls' school. Both did a great job introducing us to their teachers and showing us around their classrooms. Shelby shows us the proper way to carry a book. Riley is explaining an activity in her classroom to Papa and Shelby.

Both enjoyed showing us the instruments in the Music Room. We also saw the library and some of the art activities they have done already this year. The evening ended with ice cream in the gym. Riley and her friend, William, thought the ice cream was good.

Oh yes, we both celebrated birthdays in the month of September. One of my "surprise" presents was the announcement that Jennifer and Scott will present us with another grandchild in April 2007!
